Understanding Engage AI Assisted Search
Finding the right approved content in Engage just got easier. Engage search now understands what you mean, not just the exact words you type. This means Engage users can find what they're looking for faster, even when their search terms don't match a document's exact wording.
There is NO change the user interface — the experience looks identical to today.
Campaign Builder: "Collection" Replaces "Section"
When building a campaign, Home Office users choose from a set of item types to add — until now, one of those options was labeled "Section," a term that didn't match the "Collection" language used everywhere else in 4U. We've renamed it for clarity.
What's New
The campaign builder now uses consistent terminology:
Add Item modal – the item type previously labeled "Section" now reads "Collection"
Builder canvas, editor, and Manage views – the updated label is reflected everywhere the item type appears
Why It Matters
Advisors and Home Office users already know "Collection" from everyday use in 4U. Aligning the campaign builder's terminology removes a point of confusion and friction every time a campaign is built.
Rich Text Formatting for Campaign Descriptions
Campaign descriptions can now do more than plain text. Home Office users building campaigns can add structure and emphasis to make descriptions easier to read.
What's New
The campaign description field now supports:
Bullet points – organize multiple points at a glance
Bold text – highlight key information
Line breaks – separate ideas clearly
Why It Matters
Campaign descriptions are often the first thing advisors read. Better formatting means clearer, more polished communication with less back-and-forth on how to present the content.
Improvements & Fixes
Collections nav now collapses – The Collections item in the left-hand navigation now has a chevron so advisors can collapse and expand the list, keeping the rest of the nav accessible even with many saved collections.
Keyboard-accessible view more/view less in Browse – The "view less/view more" toggle in the Browse content preview can now be operated with the keyboard, improving accessibility.
Content format now visible on Browse cards – Browse content cards now indicate content format (e.g., Presentation vs. Brochure), so users can tell at a glance without opening the item.
All Filters modal no longer opens unexpectedly – Applying a search query in Browse no longer automatically pops open the All Filters modal.
