Internal Notes: Notifications & Monitoring Controls
Two enhancements to Internal Notes make it easier to stay informed and give firms more control over how internal notes activity is handled.
Email Notifications for Internal Notes
Users can now configure rules to receive an email notification each time an internal note is added to a record. Notifications include the most recent note content, keeping the right people informed without requiring them to check back manually.
Firm-Level Monitoring Toggle
A new toggle in Workflow Settings gives Investment Companies and Wealth Managers control over whether internal note comments trigger monitoring and notifications. The setting defaults to off and can be configured per firm — putting the decision where it belongs. Configurable by any Company Admin.
Improvements & Fixes
FINRA File Download — Fixed an issue where the file type was reported incorrectly when downloading a FINRA file from Approval Request or Content pages.
