New: Partner Portal Tab
We’ve introduced a dedicated Partner Portal tab to clearly separate the Partner Portal experience from Browse, improving visibility for all users.
What’s new
A new Partner Portal tab now appears next to Browse.
The tab is shown only to Home Office users.
Partner visibility
Investment Companies
Wealth Manager Home Office users will see a green status bar displaying:
A list of Wealth Manager partners
Direct access to each partner’s Partner Portal
If no partners have Partner Portal enabled, users will see the message:
None of your partners have enabled Partner Portal
Wealth Managers
Wealth Manager Home Office users will see a green status bar displaying:
A list of Investment Company partners
Direct access to each Partner Portal
The Preview Partner Portal button has been removed from Manage
With this update, Partner Portal access is more discoverable, better aligned to partner availability, and simpler to navigate.
