🆕 Navigation Buttons in Approval Requests
We've added navigation buttons to the Approval Request view to make it easier for both submitters and reviewers to move through their list of open items.
Next and Previous Buttons:
Next Button: Opens the next Approval Request in the Approval Request list.
Previous Button: Opens the previous Approval Request in the Approval Request list.
These buttons are only visible if the Approval Request was opened from the Approval Request list view.
Buttons are active only if there is another Approval Request to navigate to (not the first/last item on the list).
Position Counter:
Displays your current position in the Approval Request list.
Fixed List Navigation:
A fixed list is created each time you enter the Approval Request view.
Navigation is based on this fixed list, even if the status of items changes.
Group Approval Requests Excluded:
Group Approval Requests are not included in this navigation.
‼️This enhancement means fewer clicks and more efficient approvals for reviewers and more efficient navigation Approval Request submissions for submitters!
🔁 Update: Auto-Select for Capital Gains/YE Distributions Content
We've added a new feature to streamline the management of content related to Capital Gains and Year-End Distributions.
Description: When the "Capital Gains/YE Distributions" content format is selected, the Category/Subcategory field will now be automatically pre-selected as "Tools/Dividend & Capital Gains Distributions" and locked.

Auto-Select and Lock:
When "Capital Gains/YE Distributions" content format is chosen, the Category/Subcategory field will be pre-selected as "Tools/Dividend & Capital Gains Distributions."
This field will be locked to prevent changes.
On hover, a tooltip will display: “Since Capital Gains/YE Distributions content format is selected, only Tools/Dividend & Capital Gains Distributions subcategory is available.”
‼️This update ensures that content is categorized correctly and consistently, reducing the need for manual adjustments and improving efficiency.
🆕 Quick Filters with Detailed Counters for Approval Request Statuses
We've enhanced the quick filters on the Approval Request page to provide more detailed information on hover.
Description: For Investment Company users (coming soon for Wealth Manager users) the quick filters on the Approval Request page will now show the exact number of approval requests for each corresponding status when hovered over. If there are no approval requests for a specific status, that status will not be displayed.

Only statuses with approval requests will be shown.

🔁 Assign Approval Requests to Original Reviewer on Resubmission
We've added a new feature to ensure that approval requests are assigned to the original reviewer who requested changes upon resubmission.
Description: When an approval request is resubmitted after a change request or rejection, it will be automatically assigned to the same team and reviewer who initially requested the change, bypassing any existing assignment rules.

Consistent Reviewer Assignment:
Approval requests in the change request or rejected state will retain their original reviewer and team upon resubmission.
This ensures continuity and efficiency in the review process.

🚀 Improved Navigation in Group Approval Requests
We’ve enhanced how Group Approval Requests are displayed to make navigation more intuitive—no matter which view you're using.
Whether you're in the Investment Company or Wealth Manager view, the Approval Request you click on will now be easier to locate, helping you stay focused and save time during the submission and review process.
✅ What’s New
When you open a Group Approval Request by clicking on a specific Approval Request from a list or grid view, that Approval Request will now always appear first in the group view.
This change ensures the item you selected is automatically listed as #1 in the group, making it easier to find—no matter where it originally appeared.
This improvement was made based on client feedback to help streamline review workflows and reduce confusion when navigating grouped approval requests.
